Return and Refunds
If the product does qualify for a return, please mail it back to us at {physical address}. Refunds will be issued 48 hours after the item has been received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two weeks for you to receive your refund.

Replace
If you would like to replace the product, contact the administrator of Bazar Dos Gotas de Agua via {email address}. Once the replacement is approved, mail it back to us with a self-addressed return envelope with pre-paid postage.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The replacement product will be mailed to you within 48 hours of having received it.
